而味醂雞泡魚乾即係以味醂醃裝後烘乾。

日本味淋魚干最適宜燒烤或烤焗，制成後✂️ 剪開一條一條，
一般居酒屋都係配沙律醬再灑上小小七味粉，絕對係下午茶/佐酒嘅最佳小吃🍶


💡食用方法:
1. 解凍後不用加油，用鑊烘軟身，表面出現金黃色即可。
